In short:
ak-campaignhas 4 subcommands:createbuilds the campaign kit, statusreports progress, analyzewrites a performance report, statusand measure it withanalyze. It does not turn on ads by itself: it runs live only when you ask, state all 5 conditions, and have a channel operations skill installed.
Disclosure: I maintain AgentKit and have an affiliate relationship with it: the AgentKit link in this post is an affiliate link; buying through it gets you 30% off.
Summary
Use it when a launch is coming and you need a plan the whole team can follow, when you need a quick update on where a campaign stands, when you want to know which channel worked after a run, or when you need an automated email sequence. You do not need it when you only want fresh numbers but have not granted account access: status only reads numbers already recorded.

D --> EIt rests on 4 concepts:
| Concept | Question | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Subcommand | What do you need for the campaign this time? | /ak-campaign create "Launch Pro plan" to plan, /ak-campaign status "Launch Pro plan" to see where it stands. |
| Campaign brief | Who does it target, how much does it spend, how long does it run, what counts as a win? | Lead generation, aimed at small online shop owners, 5,000 USD, 1 month, a win is 300 trial sign-ups. |
| Plan is not a live run | Does this command change anything outside? | create only writes the kit. To turn on ads, you must name the approved campaign, the account or channel, the creative, the start time with time zone, and the spend cap. |
| Target is not a measured number | Is this number a target or a measurement, and when was it measured? | "Target CPA 12 USD" is not "Measured CPA 15 USD, data from 18/10". Any number not yet known is marked unknown, not guessed. |
The skill ships with a brief template with a sign-off section, checklists for before, during and after launch day, a budget split (for example 70% proven channels, 20% growing channels, 10% experiments) and optimization thresholds such as CTR under 1%, CVR under 2%, ROAS under 3:1. It supports 5 campaign types: product launch, seasonal or promotion, brand awareness, lead generation, and win-back of past customers.
Sample prompt for a launch plan:
/ak-campaign create "Launch <product name>"
Goal: 300 trial sign-ups in 1 month.
Audience: <customer description, main pain point>.
Budget: 5,000 USD. Channels: Meta ads, Google Search, email.
Constraints: follow the current brand guidelines, no discounts.
Success when: CPA under 15 USD and UTM-tracked numbers for each channel. This skill has no flags.
Below is the detailed version: the run flow, 5 situations with prompts, how to pass options when the skill has no flags, the change history by ak release, and common pitfalls.
