In short:
ak-form-croreviews a form that is not an account signup, rewrites its fields, labels, button and layout, then returns a prioritized list of changes with evidence and a way to measure each one. Success means usable submissions, not total submissions. It does not edit the live form, and it does not handle signup forms or popups.

Summary
Use it when you have a contact, demo request, quote, survey or checkout form and want more people to finish it without dropping fields the business needs. You do not need it for account signup forms or popups: for those, the skill only points out the boundary.

E["Signup form or popup"] -.->|"out of scope"| B
B -.-> F["States the boundary, reviews only what is in scope"]Four things to know to use it well:
| Concept | Question | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Qualified completion | How is success measured? | Demo requests with a company email from the right audience, divided by people who started the form, over a period agreed in advance |
| Who uses this field | If this field is removed or deferred, who loses data? | Sales uses the "Company size" field to route leads. If nobody knows who uses it, it says "confirm before release" |
| Evidence or hypothesis | What is this change based on? | "Many people drop off at the phone number field" from the data you sent, or it is labeled a hypothesis with the metric that will confirm it |
| What it must not do on its own | Where is the skill's boundary? | It does not publish "we never share your data" before checking the real policy, and it does not edit the live form |
It does not penalize forms just for field count: removing a qualifying field can raise submissions but lower good leads. Numbers like completion rate or "takes only 30 seconds" are used only when you provide them.
Sample prompt for reviewing a demo request form:
/ak-form-cro Review the demo request form at <demo page URL>.
Attached data: <per-field funnel export>.
Constraints: sales needs "Company size" to route leads, legal needs the terms consent checkbox.
Measure by: qualified leads divided by people who started the form, over <number of days>.This skill has no flags. The only argument is the form URL or a short description of the form, written right after /ak-form-cro.
Below is the detailed version: the run flow, 5 situations with prompts (reviewing a demo request form, no analytics yet, a quote form that is too long, an experiment roadmap, an account signup form), how to call the command, the change history by ak release, and common pitfalls. The detailed version and the interactive page are for subscribers. Your agent can also search them through the portal's MCP.
