In short:
ak-repomixuses Repomix to pack exactly the repo parts you need into one XML, Markdown, JSON or text file for a model to read, checks tokens and secret warnings, then reports what it packed. Its job is preparing context; the analysis comes after. It does not turn off the secret scan just to get a file.

Use it when you need to hand code to a model: onboarding to a new project, examining one module in a monorepo, auditing an external library, or refreshing an existing pack. It only prepares context, so do not expect it to analyze the code for you.

The skill respects the Repomix config and ignore files already in the project, especially the secret exclusion rules.
