In short:
ak-elevenlabssplits the work in two: the AI writes and directs the script, ElevenLabs reads it aloud. The writing actions (script,enhance,dialogue) need no API key; the audio actions (speak,clone,sfx) call ElevenLabs and then listen back to the real file. If a call fails, it reports the limitation instead of claiming a file exists.

speak and enhance never rewrite your sentences. Voice cloning only runs once consent and intended use are established.
