In short:
ak-show-offturns your description or markdown file into a self-contained HTML page, split into smoothly scrolling sections with a hero at the top. By default it also screenshots each section in 3 ratios for social posts, publishes the page and writes it in two languages, Vietnamese and English. All three can be turned off, and it remembers your choice for next time.
Disclosure: I maintain AgentKit and have an affiliate relationship with it: the AgentKit link in this post is an affiliate link; buying through it gets you 30% off.
Summary
Use it when you have just finished a feature, a project or a post and want a showcase page with images for your posts. It does not deploy to your server: it only publishes through the agentwiki CLI.

| Concept | Question | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Task | What does this page show off, and for whom? | A description such as "introduce the app's new dark mode", or a path to notes/launch.md |
| Lasting settings | Take screenshots or not, publish or not, how many languages? | The default is screenshots on, publishing on, bilingual vi and en |
| Once or always | Do you change a setting for this run only, or for every run after? | "No screenshots, just this once" means the next run still takes them; drop "just this once" and it saves the setting |
| Handoff gate | Is the page good enough to hand to you? | Checks 5 criteria: fits the context, visual hierarchy, polish, ease of use, no broken layout |
Settings are saved per user, not per project, so turning publishing off once applies to every later project.
Sample prompt for showing off a feature you just finished:
/ak-show-off Introduce the new dark mode of the <app name> app:
follows the operating system, keeps contrast for long reading, one-tap toggle.
Audience: current users and followers of the project's page.| Flag | What it is for | Since ak |
|---|---|---|
--no-antv, --no-diagram-design, --no-editorial-visuals | Turns off illustrations in the non-hero sections | 2.13.0 |
--no-screenshots | Does not screenshot each section | 1.0.0 |
--no-publish | Keeps everything on your machine, publishes nothing | 1.0.0 |
--languages | Picks the page's languages | 1.0.0 |
Below is the detailed version: the run flow, 5 situations with prompts, each flag explained (when to use it, when you do not need it, what you get, which flags it combines with), the change history by ak release, and common pitfalls.
